As a kid, Gary Laybourne was an exceptional runner. As an adult, he won the 2022 London Marathon for over 40s! But the journey in between is not what you may imagine.

His true passion is for coaching, as he is the founder and CEO of Coach Core, a charity that helps young people from under privileged-backgrounds like his own into sport.
