Today I participated in a call I join weekly with 10 friends online. I've also conducted two zoom meetings, 1 phone call, several text chats, and of course been on social media. Despite the access many people have to this level of communication, many people are suffering from loneliness. In today's episode, I review the surgeon general's call to action around this epidemic, and provide some personal insights on this topic. Enjoy!
