Professor Naomi Roht-Arriaza is a professor at the UC Hastings School of Law and an author. Her work focuses on state and corporate accountability for human rights violations as well as criminal law and topics on global environment. Among many other works, Professor Roht-Arriaza has authored The Pinochet Effect: Transnational Justice in the Age of Human Rights and Impunity and Human Rights in International Law and Practice.
