On this episode of The Glimmercast, we go behind-the-music for The Knock, a world premiere opera by Aleksandra Vrebalov and Deborah Brevoort. The Knock was originally slated for a stage production, but when everything shifted due to the pandemic, the company pivoted. Now, The Glimmerglass Festival will premiere the opera as a film on Veteran's Day, November 11.
