It will be an interesting 2022 for Max D'Alessandro as he recently signed his letter of intent to play college baseball for Fairleigh Dickinson in the Northeast Conference, with his close friends and Scanzano/Combat travel partners Jeremy Cheeseman and Shane Sax. It will be especially interesting during the high school season, as D'Alessandro (Lenape High) will face both Cheeseman and Sax (archrival Cherokee) in big games. That might put some serious bragging rights on the line, but there's no stopping the tight friendship the three of them have formed, or the unique nature of them all staying in-state to play together at FDU.
