Son of Al and Mark's older brother, former Oklahoma State star and minor leaguer Kurt Leiter, Cam is the latest Leiter to work his way through the high school ranks, and it's easy to understand why you might not know Cam as well. Maybe it's the fact that he didn't even step foot in New Jersey until his sophomore year of high school. Or the 10 years he spent growing up in British Columbia?
