If you thought Saint Joseph's (Metuchen) High School pitcher Andrew Goldan was tough to hit LAST year, you haven't seen what he has in store for hitters in 2022. And hint - he was VERY tough to hit last year. As in 0.54 ERA and a dominating run through the GMC Tournament that led the Falcons to the 2021 title. Goldan gained another few ticks to the already-fast fastball, sharpened his secondary offerings, and committed to play Big Ten baseball at Rutgers, part of a huge recruiting class for head coach Steve Owens.
