WELCOME BACK GANG!! Season 4 has begun, and it didn't start without its own hiccups, this is actually episode 2 but the last session (a great convo with Emilio about accountability by the way) had audio issues. Nevertheless, this episode titled "Finding Yourself" is a great follow up as well as a great start off. Jstew and Traww speak on some advice to finding yourself if your ever feeling lost regardless of man or women, anyone can apply this. At points, they expressed moments of vulnerability, as they spoke on negative self-talk and thoughts of self-deletion (suicide). A very insightful and sobering episode, it's not all dark as you would expect those two still add their shade of humor throughout.
