Freelance Fitness is a weekly 10 minute exercise break from your workday aimed at freelance creative folks, hosted by freelance voiceover artist and former fitness instructor Alison Pentecost.
This week we'll be working on lower body mobility, because we all have hips and we'd all like them to feel less tight. And can we talk about saying no? Turning down work or not auditioning for a job? As freelancers, a large part of our job is looking out for the next gig, because that's how we generate income and income is how we pay our bills. But it can sometimes feel like we have to shoot at all the targets for fear of missing out. I think it's important to have healthy boundaries.
