The Pittsburgh native was known for being a successful businesswoman, extremely intelligent and the true definition of a go-getter. A kidnapping, a burned getaway car and years of unanswered questions have left investigators perplexed. Almost 2 decades later we still wonder -- where is Monica Bowie?
