So we finally made it to BRONZE DC. It’s a black owned restaurant, inspired by Afrofuturism that melds fantasy and gastronomy with the culture of the African Diaspora and it’s based on the fictional story of a character named Alonzo Bronze.The theme/idea is kinda cute and helps give context behind the description of items on the menu ( i.e. land vs sea).
