In this episode, I talk about all the beginning steps I took to reverse prediabetes. I talk about how it felt after finding out I had prediabetes, what is considered prediabetes, and finally, the actions I took to reverse prediabetes and how I imagined success throughout of process.

Some of the actions I took included:

  • Stop drinking juice
  • Reducing cookies and chocolate
  • Reducing pasta/bread/rice
  • Avoiding dried fruits
  • Avoiding yogurts with added sugar
  • Cutting out spices with added sugar
