In this episode, I talk about all the beginning steps I took to reverse prediabetes. I talk about how it felt after finding out I had prediabetes, what is considered prediabetes, and finally, the actions I took to reverse prediabetes and how I imagined success throughout of process.
Some of the actions I took included:
- Stop drinking juice
- Reducing cookies and chocolate
- Reducing pasta/bread/rice
- Avoiding dried fruits
- Avoiding yogurts with added sugar
- Cutting out spices with added sugar
