Self-condemnation is a terrible thing. Essentially it's a Critical Spirit that is quick to tell you what's wrong with other people - or with YOU. It's just corrosive to a person's ability to function and can be very crippling. Understand! It's OUTSIDE of YOU. It's trying to eat you, to kill, steal and destroy your life and quality of life.
