Charity Marstiller is an agricultural education teacher at Jefferson High School. She was recently named one of ten finalists for the 2023 West Virginia Teacher of the Year by the West Virginia Department of Education and it's so easy to see why! Charity has devoted her life to not only expanding the knowledge of agriculture, but improving the lives of her students for the last 25 years.
