This Is How the Enemy Is Quietly Tearing Homes Apart w/ @RealRaphaelVargas
In this intense Round 4 conversation on Faith Through the Fire, Buddy sits down with Raphael for one of the most challenging and controversial discussions we’ve had yet. They dive into topics many Christians are afraid to touch — including biblical masculinity, why men are falling behind, women outpacing men culturally, church leadership roles, women pastors, polygamy in the Bible, discipline, obedience, and the cost of true discipleship. Raphael doesn’t hold back as he breaks down what Scripture actually says versus what modern culture has normalized — calling men back to responsibility, leadership, and spiritual authority, while challenging the church to stop watering down truth. This episode is not meant to be comfortable. It’s meant to wake you up. If you’ve ever wrestled with hard questions about faith, gender roles, leadership in the church, or what it truly means to follow Christ — this conversation is for you. ⚠️ Expect conviction. ⚠️ Expect tension. ⚠️ Expect truth. 📌 Join the Mentorship: 👉 https://www.buddybrand.fitness/mentor... 📲 DM me on Instagram — I answer every message: 👉 / buddybrandfitness Raphael: https://www.instagram.com/realraphaelvargas?igsh=MWloODRlYmNsMTY1aw== Edited by @EdrielMedia ⏱️ CHAPTERS 00:00 – Introduction & Setting the Tone 02:30 – Why the Church Avoids Hard Conversations 06:15 – Biblical Masculinity vs Modern Culture 10:45 – Why Men Are Falling Behind 15:30 – Discipline, Weakness & Responsibility 20:10 – Women Outpacing Men Culturally 25:40 – Leadership Roles in the Bible 31:20 – Women Pastors & Biblical Authority 37:10 – Polygamy in the Bible Explained 44:30 – Obedience vs Cultural Comfort 50:15 – The Cost of True Discipleship 56:40 – Why Truth Offends Modern Christians 01:02:10 – Final Thoughts & Call to Action

The Toxic Relationships That Almost Killed Us w/Jasmine Elizabeth
In this powerful episode of Faith Through the Fire, Buddy sits down with Jasmine as she shares the raw and unfiltered truth about the toxic relationships, spiritual battles, and generational wounds that almost destroyed her life. What she thought was love was actually a trap — and God had to break her down to rebuild her into the woman He called her to be. This conversation exposes how the enemy uses counterfeit relationships, lust, trauma, emotional wounds, and unmet identity to pull women away from purpose. Jasmin opens up about her past, the moments that shattered her, how God delivered her, and the truth she now carries as a woman fully surrendered to Christ. They dive into soul ties, spiritual warfare, lust, obedience, celibacy, healing, red flags, generational curses, and what it truly means to walk in God's covenant and calling. If you've ever found yourself in a relationship that drained you, deceived you, or nearly took you out — this episode will speak straight into your spirit. This is more than a testimony. Monogamy vs. Polygamy: What Christians Are Too Afraid to Say | Faith Through Fire Ep. 3
Monogamy vs. Polygamy — Is it sin… or is it sacred? In this explosive conversation, Buddy Brand and Raphael Vargas go head-to-head on one of the most heated topics in the modern Christian space: Can a man of God have multiple wives? Raphael Vargas shares his unapologetic take on alpha masculinity, biblical prophecy, and why he believes polygamy may not be a sin — but a blessing. Buddy responds with truth, grace, and Scripture — standing firm on God's original design for covenant. If you've ever wondered what the Bible actually says about marriage, masculinity, and whether culture is shaping our convictions more than Christ… this is the video. Hearing From God? Or Hearing From Emotion?
Bonus
This is Day 3 of the Book of Joshua series — Before God Reveals the Platform, He Forms the Person. Today we see something the series hasn't shown yet: Joshua making a mistake. Coming down from 40 days on the mountain, Joshua hears the noise of the Israelites worshiping the golden calf and tells Moses — "there is the sound of war in the camp." Moses corrects him immediately. It wasn't war. It was singing. Joshua wasn't being rebellious. He wasn't disobeying God. He was simply immature in discernment — and Moses, who had been in the direct presence of God, heard something completely different from the same sound. Buddy breaks down what that moment reveals about how spiritual discernment actually grows — not overnight, not even after 40 days in the presence of God, but through years of intimacy, submission to the Word, and learning to separate what you feel from what God is actually saying.
God Called Him to Stay in the Shadows Before He Qualified Him for the Light!
Bonus
We live in a culture obsessed with being seen. Followers. Platforms. Recognition. Influence. But in God's Kingdom, the greatest leaders are almost always formed where no one is looking. This is Day 2 of the Book of Joshua series — Before God Reveals the Platform, He Forms the Person. Yesterday we studied Joshua's obedience in Exodus 17. Today we go to Exodus 24, where Joshua climbs the mountain with Moses toward the presence of God — and stops. The text never says Joshua came back down. It also never says he went all the way up. He stayed in the in-between, in the shadow of the cloud, for forty days, with no title, no recognition, not even a mention. Buddy breaks down what it means to be content being the aide — not the one on the platform — and why posture always comes before promotion, character always comes before calling, and presence always comes before God can trust you with influence. This devotional asks the question most of us avoid: are you faithful when no one sees? And why do you care if they do?
A Man With No Reputation Led God's Army To Victory And The Promise Land? | Fire Reads w/ Buddy
Bonus
Buddy goes all the way back to Exodus 17 to trace who Joshua actually was before Joshua 1 — because God was preparing him decades before he stepped into his calling. The preparation is more important than the calling. And if you have been waiting to be noticed, waiting for the platform, waiting for people to recognize what God put in you — this study will completely shift how you see what God is actually doing in your waiting season. The question Buddy closes with is worth sitting with: Are you seeking purpose through recognition? Or are you seeking purpose in the secret place with God?
