Speech communication is crucial in so many aspects of life. At its core, it’s about how we use spoken language to share information, express ideas, build relationships, and influence others. Special Guest: Dr. Kerry Strayer is originally from central Ohio. After completing graduate school, she taught in Indiana and Oklahoma before returning to Ohio. She has been teaching in the Communication Department at Otterbein University for 25 years, where she teaches courses in Teamwork, Leadership, Communication Theories, and more. She has also consulted with nonprofit organizations for many years. More recently, she has been teaching a course in Conscious Communication to hospital personnel.
