There is no one that starts out on a venture or a project that does not intend to succeed, it is ingrained in us to desire success in everything we do, talk more the operational aspect of a business you are stewarding but thing is we are at times quick to rest on our oars once we hit the target that we have deemed as success and ultimately a decline occurs in output and what should have been a launching pad to a new target now becomes a reference point to be attained to, all because the success was not properly stewarded.
