Before the vision of the seven trumpets comes to a close, John is shown what will happen to the Church before the return of Jesus. Christ's witnessing Church will never be destroyed - but it will suffer in ways similar to her Saviour. Yet we do not lose heart: our final victory and vindication is certain!
