Jessica Hammer grew up on a Michigan blueberry farm before building a 9-year career in marketing and business development in Chicago. Inspired by a growing passion for French food and wine, she made a bold career change to become a cheesemonger & then moved to Toulouse with her husband in 2017. She founded Taste of Toulouse in 2018, blending storytelling, expertise, and a love for local food culture to share the edible treasures of her new home.
