In this week’s channeled energy update for September 7–13, 2026, we’re being invited to slow down, take a breath, and allow things to unfold rather than forcing our way forward.

We’re moving through what my spirit guides call an “information portal” - a period of reflection, integration, and awareness where things may be coming to the surface for us to see and understand.

This week asks us to pay attention to what keeps appearing in our awareness. What are you noticing when you become still? What keeps coming back for your attention? And are you willing to accept an answer simply because it’s the answer, even if it isn’t the one you wanted?
