August is over. We survived level 8. Level 9 (September) is coming up and there is one major thing I would like to say: Be kind and strive for improvement. We are going to run across people we disagree with constantly. There are many ways we can deal with this. We can shut down the conversation and hurl insults or we can respect the other person and hear them out. That's what I'd like to talk to you about tonight. How we communicate with people that we disagree with is fundamental to how we're viewed.
