The election is over for my race. The Presidential election and a few others are still being counted and decided, but there's really no question on mine. Although I didn't win, I did learn a great deal! This time last year, no one outside my inner circle knew my name. With the help of friends, family, and thousands of voters, we turned that into a very close race against a well-known incumbent. To every single person that voted for me you have my deepest thanks! There is one person to blame for my loss. Dion. I didn't do enough to convince enough voters that I was the best one for the job.
