The United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) prepares for the arrival of their high value target (HVT), a mech named Ares Larson. NASA commander Jørgensen begins running test on a earth-like habitable planet Draco. Jørgensen logs his progress about his exploration of the planet within the Draco Constellation. At the same time, he starts thinking about how far humans have come on Earth. The good and bad.
