That fog advisory lifts at 9 A.M. As a warm front pushes through, so visibility improves as the morning rolls on. Behind that front? March decides to skip spring and jump straight to summer. Northern Delaware hits 70 degrees this afternoon. Central Delaware climbs to 70 as well. Southern Delaware stays cooler at 61, thanks to that ocean breeze keeping things in check. But here's the twist — a cold front barrels through with showers and a few thunderstorms. Southern Delaware sees the highest rain chance, about 70 percent between 11 A.M. and 5 P.M.
