Step outside and you're wrapped in fog so thick you could cut it with a knife. We picked up nearly a tenth of an inch of rain overnight. And that murky, damp feel is sticking around.
Up in Wilmington, you're sitting at 39 degrees right now with fog cutting visibility to almost nothing. That fog clears by mid-afternoon, but clouds hang tough all day. High today reaches 49 degrees with a northeast breeze around 10 miles an hour. Tonight drops to 40 degrees with patchy fog creeping back in and light rain possible after 7 P.M. Dover starts at 41 degrees under that same blanket of fog. You'll hit 50 degrees today once the fog thins out by 4 P.M. Tonight settles at 40 degrees.
