The whole state is dry, sunny, and just cold enough to keep you honest. Up in northern Delaware, you're sitting at 35 degrees with a west wind running 5 to 10 miles an hour. That breeze has some teeth. Tonight drops to the upper 20s, and tomorrow barely nudges past 38. Slide down to central Delaware and things warm up a touch. You're hitting 37 degrees today under crystal blue skies. Tonight holds near 30, and Saturday pushes to 40. Now head south. Southern Delaware wins the warmth contest at 39 degrees.
