This is NOT a New Year's Resolution -- since those are cliché and hold so much baggage.

I hate basic b**ch clichés and refuse to be one.

Instead, this is mere documentation of attaining life's favourite goals -- health & wealth -- and the basic inspiration behind such a method.

Hint: it's for future reference.

Note: I am so broke that even my "new" mic sucks and will be investing in another one pronto!..... or, as soon as I've got the $$ to do so. Until then, I will try my hardest not to move an inch.
