Sans for Dans med Nanna Øland Fabricius og Merete Hersvik
“There is more depth and feeling in relation to my body now and my way of expressing” The conversation is in English with Danish introduction - see English shownotes below. ENGLISH: This time at Sans for Dans we talk about pregnancy and motherhood and how they affect life on and behind the stage. Dancer at Danish Dance Theatre, Merete Hersvik, and singer and pop artist Nanna Øland Fabricius, known as Oh Land, share their personal stories with us. We discuss what it’s like to perform on stage with a pregnant body, catching your breath, and how the approach to their artistic work changes with the birth of a little one— from the emotions in arts to the logistics around a touring schedule and visiting Tivoli on a weekday.
