S6:EP11 - Now That's What I Call Music 11
This week Rebekah listened to Now That's What I Call Music volume 11 which was released in March 1988 and saw the 1st appearance of Kylie Minogue who is currently ranked #3 of the most featured female artist with 23 appearances. This volume also has Elton John's Candle In The Wind which is the UK's biggest selling song since records began. Other artists featured include Pet Shop Boys, Wet Wet Wet, Bananarama, Billy Ocean and Belinda Carlisle Just an apology abour Rebekah's audio, some technical problems were happening that we were unaware of during recording.
S6:E10 - Now That's What I Call Music 10
This week Rebekah listened to NOW That's What I Call Music volume 10 which was the first in the series to have an identical tracklist across vinyl, cassette & compact disc. This was also the biggest selling compilation at the time and would be a while until it was beaten. Artists featured include Wet Wet Wet, The Style Council, Erasure and the Pet Shop Boys
S6:E9 - Now That's What I Call Music 9
This week Rebekah listened to Now That's What I Call Music volume 9 which was released in March 1987 and saw the debuts of both Erasure & Bon Jovi although Bon Jovi wouldn't appear again until Now 34!! Vince Clarke's previous band Yazoo never appeared while his other previous band Depeche Mode didn't appear until Now 17. Now 9 was also the first Now to feature a Levi's ad song.

This week Rebekah got to listen to Now That's What I Call Music Volume 8 which was released in November 1986 and included the only original Top of the Pops theme song to appear on a Now album. Featured artists include Duran Duran, Pet Shop Boys, Human League, Madness & Genesis.
S6:E7 - Now That's What I Call Music 7
This week we discuss Now That's What I Call Music Volume 7 which was released in August 1987 and saw artists such as Pet Shop Boys, The Housemartins, Bananarama, A-ha, Billy Ocean and Simply Red. Now 7 is also the only Now in the series in which Chris De Burgh appears.
