In this week's episode, John and Bryan are joined by Stephen Katz. Stephen is a returning guest on the podcast and a branch manager in Atlanta, Georgia. The three begin this week's episode by comparing mortgage interest rates from his previous appearance on the podcast, versus now. Back in January of 2021 interest rates were around 2.75% and today, we are looking at rates around 5%. Stephen has been in the business for 29 years and tells us that he has never seen rates go up this fast.
