DISCIPLINE IS ALSO FEMININE
This episode, explores the idea that discipline and femininity are not opposites. Drawing lessons from the inspiring story of The Six Triple Eight and everyday life experiences, It reflects on the quiet strength of showing up, keeping promises to yourself, protecting your peace, and staying committed even when it’s difficult. A gentle reminder that women can be soft, graceful, and deeply disciplined at the same time.
THE THING ABOUT CONTEMPT IS…
Contempt slowly erodes a person’s confidence, self-worth, and dignity. It leaves invisible scars, making them feel unseen, unvalued, and less than they truly are. Over time, it can silence their voice and diminish the light they once carried within.
LOVE GOD DEEPLY, BUT I'M TIRED
You can love deeply and still feel exhausted. Sometimes the people you think are strong are carrying the heaviest invisible loads.
NOT JUST SAD
Grief is not something you can prepare for, because you don’t know how it will hit you or when it will come. There is something in griefing that is more than sadness. The loneliness, emptiness, helplessness, the feeling of being left behind, and mostly the finality of it all. This week, I found a poem that’s helped me, it’s titled, GRIEF by Glen Flowers.
HOMECOMING -THE COST OF INDEPENDENCE
Homecoming: The Cost of Independence Across cities and cultures, more young adults in their 20s, and 30s are moving back home, not because they lack ambition, but because independence has become expensive. Rising rent, unstable job markets, student debt, and delayed life milestones are reshaping what adulthood looks like. But this shift isn’t just financial. It’s emotional. It’s cultural. It’s deeply personal. Homecoming: The Cost of Independence explores the tension between autonomy and affordability, asking: Is moving back home a setback or a strategy for survival in a changing world?

We’re talking creams, serums, facials, treatments - each promising the kind of skin that’ll make you feel unstoppable. But here’s the thing… are we really buying better skin, or are we buying self-esteem? And if confidence has a price tag, what are we actually paying?
