Episode notes
On this weeks episode I go into some of the changes that will be going into effect in August. If you know anyone in Real Estate or if you are a buyer or seller, I’m sure you’ve seen this conversation taking place over the course of the last few months. If you have no idea what I’m talking about feel free to check out Episode 21: NAR Settlement as I go through some of those changes.
What does this mean? I don’t think anything detrimental. Just like anything, there are going to be some changes that will take some time to get used to and a result will be provisions in the work process.
