the ( clinical ) exit interview

Ontario nurses and clinicians are leaving their professions in droves; the surveys, the numbers, they all say so. i wanted to talk to individuals to find out what they're missing, and what they're looking for in their work. often, professional exit interviews are skipped over, so we're giving folks a chance to have their say, to make recommendations and to let people know why they left.
