CHA (0:15): This is the final week for the Clifton Health Department’s Community Health Assessment Survey. This is an opportunity for you to share your experiences with health and wellness services available in Clifton. The results of this anonymous survey will allow us to prioritize health issues most relevant to Clifton residents. Please share the survey with family and friends who are Clifton residents. Must be 18 years or older You must be a Resident of Clifton. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Polish, and Arabic (to access different translations use the drop-down box at the top of the page).
