Psychology Is Not Science

Psychology is a religious belief. Psychology is not science. Psychology attempts to deal with spiritual and emotional characteristics that cannot be tested by the scientific method. Churches and Christians are rapidly turning away from the Holy Bible and are accepting psychology. Physical things, such as the human body, can be tested by science. Something must be observable, testable and able to be demonstrated in order to be scientific. Repeated testing cannot be done with many of the issues psychology attempts to solve. Emotions and affections are not strictly physical. Love, hate, envy, joy, peace, and such qualities do not fall under the science heading. These are spiritual or religious issues. Psychology Is For Unbelievers

Psychology was invented by unbelievers for the unsaved. Psychology was never meant to be used by the Christian. Bible-rejecting men such as Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow invented and developed its associated theories. No Bible-believers received psychology when it first came out. We now notice it is accepted by many pastors and churches today. That has not always been the case. It was the Bible-rejecting churches (liberal churches) that first allowed admittance to this ungodly theory. The further churches get from the Bible the more psychology is warmly welcomed. The Sower And The Four Soils

Sowing the gospel is explained in this parable. The Lord used this parable as the first of importance because it speaks of salvation. The seed is the gospel and the soils describe the ways the hearers receive it or not. The Lord speaks of the mystery of the kingdom, that the kingdom is postponed. We are living in the time between the First Coming and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. This parable is important for all Christians. It is especially helpful to give us discernment and hope in evangelism. Mark 4: 1-20.

666 Mark Of The Beast

Can we take the Mark of the Beast today? 666 is known around the world as an evil number. The Bible tells us that 666 is a number to be counted, to be added up or calculated. It is the number of the Antichrist. Is the Mark of the Beast available today? What is the Mark of the Beast technology? What about biometrics? How does globalism fit in? Does a one-world church play a part? When will the mark get here? What happens to those who receive the mark? Let's look into the Bible to see what it says about the Mark of the Beast. Watch Out For John MacArthur

John MacArthur influenced others to stray from the simple meaning of the Bible. Some point to Dr. MacArthur's teaching as the reason they believe differently from the normal meaning of key Bible passages. Concerns in this podcast address: the Two Natures of the Believer, Lordship Salvation, and the Eternal Sonship of Christ. Shown are examples how men were adversely influenced by Dr. MacArthur's ministry. A prolific writer, he authored a Bible commentary series and edited the MacArthur Study Bible. He preached via the Grace to You broadcast, was the long-time leader of The Master's Seminary and pastor of Grace Community Church. John Macarthur's negative influence within IFCA International (Independent Fundamental Churches of America) is addressed from a practical perspective. While there has been some positive affects of his lifetime of teaching, sometimes people departed from a sound belief in the Words of God due to his teaching. Some Bible passages referenced are: 2 Timothy 1:8-13; Romans 6:6; John 3:16-17; Acts 16:30-31; Isaiah 9:6; John 17:5 and John 17:24.

God's Word Is Like A Hammer

False prophets were many in Jeremiah's day. The Lord heard and knew what those false prophets were doing. They were telling lies and in the name of the Lord! Those words of the false prophets did not line up with God's words. That is how to spot a false preacher today. Does what the preacher says agree with the Bible? The Bible is our only measurement to discern between truth and the lies of false teachers. Some false teachers replace the words in the Bible with their own religion or their opinions. Other false teachers change the very words in the Bible and replace God's words with their own words. Both ways depart from the truth and spread false teaching. Why I Use The King James Bible - My Personal Testimony

The Lord saved my by his grace when I was seventeen years old. God gave me two King James Version Bibles and one KJV NT within a few months. This was by God's providence. A friend gave me a NKJV. A pastor gave me a NIV. Seminary used the NASB. After reading through each of these multiple times and using them, the Lord led be back to using the KJV. God willing, the Lord will find me faithful using and keeping his words the day I meet him face to face. Bible verses used are: Ephesians 2:8-9; Exodus 20:1-17; John 3:16, 2 Peter 3:18 and Psalm 119:18.

Why I Use The King James Bible - Better Testimony

The King James Bible has produced better fruit than the others. Many Bible Institutes, great missionary societies, and zealous evangelistic endeavors have been spawned by this Bible. We take a look at several people who used the KJV who produced notable works and movements. We contemplate on prolific hymn writers such as Charles Wesley. We look at great evangelists such as Dwight Moody. Creation and science teachers such as Irwin Moon and Henry Morris are remembered. 2 Timothy 4:2 is briefly discussed. Why I Use The King James Bible - Better Time Of Translation

When English was at its apex is when the King James Bible was translated. The English language was at its peak of precision when the KJV was completed. The Bible was actually translated during the Modern English era (Early Modern English). The Providence of God put together all that was needed to get the KJB out to the world. The British Empire then the United States through their influences spread English, and the Bible, throughout the world. We also look at the benefit of having the more precise pronouns such as thee and ye. Considered also are the more careful word endings, particularly verbs in the second person. Bible verses read are: Genesis 1:3; John 1:1; and John 3:7. "Ye must be born again."

Why I Use The King James Bible - Better Theology 2

The King James Bible has better theology when compared verse by verse with modern Bible translations. The New International Version is compared to the KJV particularly in the New Testament in this podcast. The missing verses in the NIV were deleted due to it using difference Greek texts. The Dynamic Equivalence method of translating also adds to making the NIV doctrinally weaker. Doctrines attacking the deity of Christ readily show themselves in a weaker translation. The person and work of Jesus Christ come under assault in the New International Version. Bibliology, Theology Proper (the Godhead), Christology, Soteriology and Satanology are addressed. A number of Bible verses are considered including Luke 9:56; John 3:13; I John 4:3; ; I John 5:6-8 and Revelation 1:11.
