The mission of the church is not built on programs or events. It is built on people. Every follower of Jesus is personally called to come close to individuals, open the Scriptures with them, and walk with them toward discipleship. Jesus Himself modeled this through personal encounters with people like Nathanael, the Samaritan woman, Thomas, and Peter. Each of those moments combined intimate knowledge with complete love, and that combination brought transformation. Large evangelistic campaigns matter, but they are most effective when grounded in personal, one-on-one effort. The harvest is plentiful, and what is needed most is not more programs but more laborers willing to reach people one soul at a time.
