Ray Blehar is a retired former analyst for the United States Federal Government and Assistant Inspector General. He grew up in Pennsylvania and received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Penn State University. Ray operates a blog about former Penn State football coach, Jerry Sandusky, and the Second Mile Charity Scandal.
