Charleston police are investigating a crash on Ashley Phosphate Road that closed all lanes, while a shooting in North Charleston left one person hospitalized. Isle of Palms Fire Rescue and Wake Up Carolina are also offering free overdose prevention training as part of a public safety initiative.
