While it is not very detailed, I want you to be warned going into it.In this episode, I introduce you to my family and tell you a little bit about each of them. This way as the show goes on when I talk about specific people you know who I'm referring to. I also give you a little insight to how my brain works when I'm in the middle of an anxiety/depressive episode.
