Fit Mom personal training for moms offering flexible locations and flexible schedules-whatever moms need to start a good workout regimen. Michele brings mobile workout equipment to meet moms in their homes and partners with local gyms to utilize their space as well.

Michele has been a personal trainer since 2012 and was recently certified specifically in pregnancy and post partem training. Michele explains the importance of pelvic floor and core engagement muscles before and after childbirth.
