Years ago when it came to customers and clients leaving reviews for a business, 3 stars was seen as negative, but these days there are some people that are going for the jugular. If they could leave negative 5 stars they would simply because they didn't get their drinks refilled fast enough (just an example). So on today's episode I wanted to discuss how to handle this if you encounter those inevitable negative reviews in business, because no business owner or entrepreneur is immune from dealing with people that you just can't make happy no matter how hard you try.
