Spartan Race Palmerton 2023: Let's Try Something New

We return to Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA to take on one of the hit races in the northeast. Unlike previous years, where we discussed the Super and Sprint, we decided to try some new things in 2023! We talk about the Spartan Kids Race and Trail Race, in addition to the typical Super and Sprint. Plus, here some differences between Day 1 and 2, and our first encounter with lots of rain on the mountain. Oh, and let's not forget about the new barbed wire crawl (of nightmares)!
