Phases Pole and Aerial Studio is Thanet’s only purpose-built pole and aerial fitness studio, located on the Westwood Industrial Estate, near B&Q and Hornby.We offer classes in pole dancing, aerial hoop, aerial silks, static trapeze and aerial hammock for all levels from complete beginner to advanced as well as workshops in things like chair dance and burlesque.For kids, we offer classes in aerial hoop, aerial silks and pole sports for those aged 8 and up and there’s a mini fabric class (silks & hammock) for 4-7 year olds.
