On February 14th, I traveled to Tsumeb, close to Etosha National Park, which was one of Gertjan's must-see destinations. We stayed at a guest house owned by Jenneke's friend Victoria. This was a route I had previously traveled when my belongings were stolen, but this time I could properly appreciate the journey along the smooth two-lane highway at 80-90 km/h through this small Namibian town. The next day, February 15th, we visited Etosha National Park. Although we started later than planned due to car reorganization, we made it to the park and paid 350 Namibian dollars entry fee for two people and a car (with exchange rates of about 16 NAD to 1 USD or 18 NAD to 1 EUR).
