There have been tens (most likely hundreds) of thousands of reductions in force (RIFs) across various industries and most especially within the tech space in the past couple of months. I met with Chidi, Kingsley and Wale to try to analyze it all - why it happened, how some companies went about it, and the overall implications for morale and productivity. Listen as we share our thoughts on a topic that hit so close to home.
