Hear me when I say this this, THESE ARE MY STAGES, but do take acknowledgement that there are stages we go through to get over someone.

Rather they are out loud or silence it's human of us to recycle through our emotions. 

Some of us spent years and years with someone, allow yourself to reset. 

Trust I knooow the process is not easy but sadly it's a part of life.
