Christ’s Certain Victory Over Lawlessness

Bible Readings: 2 Thessalonians 2:1–12

Summary: 2 Thessalonians 2:1–12 comforts believers troubled by

lawlessness, deception, and end-time confusion. Paul teaches that

rebellion and the man of lawlessness will appear, yet evil remains

restrained under God’s sovereign rule.

Christians must not be shaken, deceived, or fascinated by

darkness, but love Christ’s truth, endure in faith, and rest in His

certain victory, for Jesus will destroy lawlessness and reign

forever.
