Fathers (And Mothers) Should Be Hearing And Doing God’s Word

Bible Readings: James 1:19-26

Summary: James describes two types of churchgoers in our Bible Reading. They are both hearers of the Word of God, regular churchgoers. One is a hearer and the other a doer. James used the Word of God as a mirror (verse 23). He wants us, the Lord’s Church, to look into that mirror this morning and recognize ourselves and ask the question: Am I only a hearer or am I a doer?
