The second started out as a side project to help a friend build a CRM, which later became LionDesk. In 5 years it went from 0 customers to 165,000 monthly paying users - they sold three years ago.

Now Randy runs RanToro Group, to help companies in telehealth, ecommerce, and legal use AI to cut costs and get their time back.
