Brian Jones is a college football analyst for CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network, as well as a co-host on CBS Sports Radio.He joined CBS Sports in 2005 and primarily appears on College Football Today (the pre-game show for CBS's college football coverage, including SEC games) and Inside College Football on CBS Sports Network. Before broadcasting, Jones had a professional football career as a linebacker. He played college football at UCLA and the University of Texas (UT Austin), was drafted in the eighth round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Raiders, and played in the NFL for the Indianapolis Colts (1991) and New Orleans Saints (1995-1998).
